Shipping and returns 


AUSTRALIA SHIPPING


All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment and are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post or Sendle. 


Delivery should be made within 2-7 working days from the date of dispatch (This is of course dependent on destination, rural areas may take longer).


Dispatch does not occur on weekends and / or public holidays. 


Zebra Blends cannot be held accountable for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control (example being adverse / extreme weather conditions). 

 

LOCAL SHIPPING / PICK-UP

Free local delivery within postcode 2026 is offered or local pick-up is welcomed. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and shipping will be deducted. 



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


At this stage Zebra Blends does NOT Offer international shipping. We will endeavor to add this option in the near future.

RETURNS


Our policy is to offer 30 day return on purchase (This does not include bath soaks, oils and magnesium oil products unless faulty) if product is in original packaging and unused / unopened condition. 


To complete return please email proof of purchase and reason for requested return to hello@zebrablends.com.au and we will provide further instruction.


Products which cannot be returned are: 


  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Packaging, bottles etc which have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery of purchase


REFUNDS (if applicable)


Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email letting you know the outcome of your request for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 days. Contact us via hello@zebrablends.com.au if your refund has not appeared within this timeframe.



SALE ITEMS


Full priced items only can receive a refund. Sale items will be refunded only in the case of fault being found. 



EXCHANGES


Exchange is only offered on products in the case of the product being defective or damaged.  If you would like to exchange a defective or faulty product please email us at hello@zebrablends.com.au



RETURN SHIPPING


In case of faulty / defective item return shipping will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipt of shipping costs. 


For exchanges, refunds and returns for change of mind etc (only on approved items) return shipping will not be the responsibility of Zebra Blends.
